This is slow speed shredder, works well on white steel, tires, rims, transmission, and does very well in the wood industry on stump, pallets, and greenwaste. The tipping hopper will raise up, but will not go down. The Electric return side of the valve is not getting current. Should not be that difficult to fix. Have a remote control that does work.
